Well, one has ‘hero’ in the title, so I trust them more right out of the gate. Are the aliens evil? Do they treat us like we are ants? Is there a chance the heroes can turn evil? What kind of superheroes are they? Here is my thing: Superman, awesome power and potential. When the Joker decides to use fear toxin on him and Superman accidentally kills a pregnant Lois Lane, well… Then there are heroes like Green Arrow and Batman. They aren’t superheroes, but they are super heroes. Should be easier to contain if they turn, which they’d probably be contained anyway considering they are vigilantes. I really need to know more about the aliens, but I’d take my risk with heroes, currently. ‘Invasion’ seems hostile right out of the gate, so I just feel more comfortable with heroes. One sounds like guaranteed war while the other does not.
Real super hero’s don’t wear a cape, fly under their own power, or have any un-natural powers. Real super hero’s are just regular people doing the right thing day to day, hour by hour, 24/7/365. She is the E.R. nurse that tends the needs of an automobile accident victim that isn’t going to make it to morning due to the actions of a drunken driver that plowed into the side of their car in the middle of the intersection at 1:45 A.M. while running a red light.
A super hero is that slightly retarded janitor that keeps the toilet paper stocked in the restroom where you work and you’d be shit out of luck if he didn’t do his job, a job that he’s held for nearly 19 years because unlike you, he takes great pride in his job.
A super hero is that Sunday school teacher who also teaches Kindergarten at the local elementary school and has done so for the last 36 years, never once trying to indoctrinate her students with her political views. And when she’s off for summer recess, she works as a counselor at a day camp for developmentally handicapped / under privileged inner-city children, making minimum wage.
A super hero is the unwed mother working 3 jobs to afford to feed her young children. One of those jobs is as a pole dancer in a strip club, where she makes enough money to provide a good standard of living for her children, even though her family thinks very little of her for doing so and calling her a whore for her efforts. Little do they realize she doesn’t sell sex, she just dances. Her other 2 jobs are as a motel janitor and a hostess at Denny’s.
A super hero is the Border Patrol Officer working overtime protecting and patrolling our southern border to prevent the alien invasion by drug smugglers and welfare seeking dregs from the Central-American shit-hole countries.

It depends. Are the superheroes concerned about property damage and innocent lives.. or not.
@Jear77 Totally! So much destruction for a “good” cause.
Depends on the Alien or Superhero. I have known some scary aliens, and some really cool ones.
@Gina Hey there, I’m not scary am I?…lol

Superheroes, generally, will not lay their eggs in unsuspecting hosts.
