As for me, when I get to feeling down, I go to Taco Bell and buy myself 3 tacos. My partner in life avoids Mexican food —— but Taco Bell is not really Mexican food. Being Native American, anything with tortillas is soul food that resets my moods back to the comfort zone. 2nd choice is Fried chicken.
I like to rub our cat and put my ear to his body and listen to his purrr. When the cat purrs it lowers my blood pressure ——- unless it was the cat that raised my blood pressure in the first place.
