Oh my god you people are pathetic. David Hogg is a journalist for his school paper. He actually conducted interviews while they were in lock down while the shooter was roaming the school.
It’s too bad you are so blinded by precious guns that you can’t see how brilliant these kids are. They acknowledge their privilege and they immediately reached out to groups who never get the attention like their affluent school did. They are working with youth across the nation to help bring change to this country. I stand with them.

Confusion and lack of proper context don’t constitute proof of “conspiracy”!
But I seriously wonder if those who are owned by their guns realize just how desperately they are seen to be reaching in the eyes of everyone ?
(Except of course, themselves. We are almost always the last to see our own foolishness — which is just one of the reasons for friends good enough to tell us we are being foolish!)
We are probably at the point where attempted defenestrations are only going to work against the cause people think they are championing.
In case anyone is still wondering, this generation is not playing around. They are not susceptible to bullshit talking points. They grew up in the Internet age of cyber bullies and know how to deal with it. These kids fully understand their power. They cannot be intimidated. And if we thought they had the NRA, GOP politicians and right-wing pundits running scared before, I have a feeling we ain’t seen nothing yet.
