Do you make new year’s resolutions?

If so, what are they?
Do you keep them?
Do you revise them from year to year?
What do they say about your priorities?

Only lightly and I don’t take them seriously enough to carry them forward. They get left in January.

  2. My resolution for 2019 is to offend more leftist liberal dirt bag democrat snow flakes than I offended in 2018.

    No.

I make resolutions as things that need resolving are manifest.

I understand the zeal to ritualize it and attach it to the modern equivalent of the Solstice (measured now on paper rather than in the seasons).

But it’s a bit like setting aside a day specifically to tell the people you love . . . that you love them.
It’s more for the people that neglect this on the other 364 days of the year!

No, I do not think in such terms.

I do not have the same sort of concepts of the future, as regular folks have. It is an illusion, as is the past, which you can not change, and is never understood.

But, the years and times do change.

Last year was a hard year, as were the past ten. Now, it is softer, slower, more a time of reflection, of being my self.
