Is there a solution that doesn’t go all warfare, bipartisan, “enemy/victor”, us-vs-them?
PS. Perhaps the first step is to recognize BOTH “sides” are treating this like a protracted military engagement and refusing to acknowledge their own dirty tactics “for the sake of their righteous cause”, and the collateral damage they’re causing.

Not sure if I am misunderstanding the intent of the question, but equality regularly goes beyond the battle of the sexes.
To me, equality should be considered human to human, class to class, boss to employee, person to pet (to some degree) and equality, above all else, includes reciprocal respect.
The other thing that i believe needs to be firmly attached to equality that has nothing to do with the sexes directly, but also does relate is opportunity.
Everyone deserves an equal shot at being able to realize their dreams. We know that isn’t the case, but it should be. There is no reason to think any kind of battle, short of a revolution will ever change that. An attitudinal shift can accomplish just as much as the American Revolution did with the potential benefit that the attitude might become ingrained, versus being written as a document that people can choose to ignore.

The point is that any “equality” CANNOT incorporate sexism or the battle thereof. Not only do respect and opportunity have to be equal, responsibility for getting the less glamorous jobs necessary for society to function has to be shared.
And if we have social movements “battling for equality and against injustices”, it shouldn’t bias against 1/2 the population.

And addressing an injustice by committing another injustice is just hypocrisy.
I see that Jian Gomeshi is in the news again. After a year of being acquitted of sex crimes he’s trying to get his career back on-track. I’m not a particular fan of the man, and certainly not of the kind of S&M sex he got in hot water for. But contempt of court by the plaintiffs trying to control the outcome in their favor tainted the case.
And now we see the injustices of hate, vengeance, and vigilante-ism actively blocking the defendant’s ability to make a living anywhere by harassing anyone who would carry his channel with such volumes of hate-mail that they drop him.
It would have been nice if the ladies and their hoards of supporters had just let justice do its job and not try to actively meddle in it — and if the outcome had been “guilty” then let him “do his time” and re-enter society to try again. But more and more, this “movement of social justice” is fueling itself with injustices just as vile as those they purport to stand against . . . and society is letting them get away with it.

The law tries for justice, sometimes succeeding and sometimes not.
But justice has a way of being done despite the failings of the law. Look at OJ Simpson. Most of that he did to himself, thanks in large part to a guilty conscience.
But we seem to have entered an era where rational outcry to encourage Justice has been superseded by emotional outcry trying to control Justice.
No. The only battle of the sexes is to maintain the fact that there are only two biological sexes, male and female, despite what the wack job millennial non-binary gender confused idiots will try to tell you. There are ONLY two genders…every thing else is a mental disorder.

A bit off-topic. But psychiatric medicine already recognizes them as disorders or “conditions” beyond a person’s control.
