I would choose #2, Wisdom. Because there is wisdom in nurturing/participating in love; but love doesn’t necessarily have to involve wisdom.
Wisdom to me, has more “traction”, and can more easily be “active” rather than just a reaction.
If power was like a physical thing like superhero stuff, probably that. Any other kind of power is relative. Wisdom can give power. Wisdom could lead to all of those, so that.
