Watching funk performers is almost as good as listening to them. I’m pretty sure all great musicians find that place where they are IN their music, but funk illustrates it in all its glory.
THe usual haunting fascination of this piece is just as passionate, but in a whole different direction. liked it.
@spitfire3dc That is so true. Once I take my eyes off the lovely singer, the other players have such groovy, quirky moves. They are in their zone man. Have you heard the original of this song? It’s very haunting. Good word for it.
