He moved from New York to get out of the snow of the farmlands. He loves Arizona because of the heat. I moved from California because it was becoming a shithole and the Leftists were ruining the state. I have funds that provide very well. I could have stayed in California, but the city was going to trash and homeless people camped along the riverbeds were crapping on my front lawn and I had to squirt their bedrolls with a hose to get them off of my property at night. Since I sold my house, I can see on Google Earth that the lawn is dead and the trees cut down. Homeless people are killing the landscape with urine and shit. They killed the grass in the parks. The place stinks!!! I would rather live in Arizona.
