All is good here. I am going to go grocery shopping. Immortal Pirate is visiting his son and looking at the new kitchen his son installed. Everyone is happy.
@Squirrel I am two semesters away from a MSSW. I had to do the long track because the fast track is only for those who received their BSW within the last seven years. When it’s over, I’ll have to decide if I want to pursue the clinical track or not.
Life is peachy keen. I am in reasonably good health, and I have “new eyes” having gotten cataract surgery on both eyes. The only glasses I have to wear now are reading glasses and sun glasses. Any day this side of the dirt is a good day.
I am enjoying retirement.
@Squirrel, I hope that life is treating you fine and that you are also in good health and gainfully employed.
@immortal_pirate I miss gainful employment but an somewhat unemployable at the moment. For me I’ve gotta say the opposite about this side of the dirt for the time being.

@Scarlett2 you realize some day you will actually have to work? being a professional student isn’t very productive
