If we were to organize a party (BYOB) to meet in the chat room; what would be a good night during the week and what would be the best time to ensure best availability based on time zones?
6:30 pm for Gina wold be 9:30 for me in Eastern, but that might not work for MJ in Hawaii.
Suggestions for a starting topic that we can argue about welcome.
What’s the earliest for someone in the west and latest for someone in the east?

Hhhhmmmm. That would be so cool to get us gathered in one spot at the same time. 6:30PM is kind of early for me as I am just getting home, and rushing to get into the garden. I need to work with the little light I have left in the evening. I can be on line Mon-Wed around 8:00pm, which is pretty darn late for you Easterners. I can be on line earlier in the winter when it gets dark here at 4:20PM. :(
In the meantime, enjoy a shot of my garden from this season, and you will see why I like to spend time in my garden.
@Gina Many many moons ago there was a chat room I frequented that was generally well attended and one night we just started having drinks while chatting. It became a party and it was kinda funny to see how people began to lose their shit as the evening progressed. Drinking is not really the point of the suggestion. It was more to just try and organize a time to have more than one person in the chat room at a time and just sitting in there waiting for someone to show up.
Our garden really delivered this year. I haven’t had a store bought tomato or cucumber for ages.
@spitfire3dc There are the occasional Friday or Saturday nights where I get on line with a buzz. That could get fun.
Same here, tomatoes and cucumbers are going off this year! Have you seen the colorful cucumbers? We grow these orange cucumbers from India.

This is where I would buy corn dogs, aka: Hot Dogs on a Stick as a kid each time we went to Santa Monica Beach. This restaurant is still there! They also have, Cheese on a Stick.

I’ll try to be there. I’m home for a few, but that means tons of running around taking care of things put off the last, uh, 7 months I’ve been on the road!
Where ever I am, I run on Eastern Time. 4 am is early; 10 pm is late! (Though doable if I’m off the road! Just be ready for me to nod off!)
im more commonly available in the morning so it would probably be too early for drinks hahaha ill just watch and see what comes about. as those who are in group chats with me on other social media sites know, i pop in and say hi then wander off to where ever the food is :D
