@fosheet Interesting! I had not even considered the prospect of vacillating back and forth. As a general rule, I think maybe we would evolve to various later states, but I could see that word evolve being all about perspectives. I think you are right, though. We probably do go back and forth the same we can go up and down on Maslow’s ladder.

As in a person could move to a certain point, and then due to a life changing event they regress or progress. I think there are also those that reach the highest state maybe and remain there? I think there are very few individuals that do that. Maybe Nelson Mandela?I could definitely see most people visiting all of them, depending on the day.
I cannot see what blue would be, but I hope it is peaceful and content. I would choose whatever color is life on an even keel. Sure, every day is the same, but it is predictable and there is no chaos. Problems in life are stupid problems, like I spent $600.00 on groceries and did not have enough refrigerator room to store all of it, so the only chaos in my life is behind the freezer and refrigerator doors. I guess that I needed something to cause stress and caused my own stress. Meanwhile, Immortal Pirate is in his “office” playing on his computer and he has had a good meal. Life is good.
@ladybarbara glad things are going well for you guys. That is an insightful take on the need to create stress. Sometimes we get comfortable with chaos, and not having stress is like sitting in the discomfort zone.
I choose a color not on that scale. I choose a balanced blend of black and white, with random patches of all of the other colors thrown in indiscriminately. LIFE is…a collection of choices, good and bad; tempered by learned discipline and grounded in faith of a divine higher power.
IT’S SENSIBLE TO… Live within the confines of a Constitutional Republic, respect law and order, and defend the God Given Rights that are our birthright. Because our rights come from our Creator, NOT from governments of man.
@Immortalpirate Hmmm, fascinating. I am not sure I agree with those two poles of black and white, good and bad. Can you define the creator? Help me understand what that means and looks like for you?
@Scarlett2 Polar opposites of black and white does not imply racial differences here. It is the characteristics within the human condition and the patches of other colors from that chart and what they represent. Human beings are complex creatures of habit.
How I define what is the creator: The divine intelligence that created the universe. The simplest definition… GOD. God of Abraham, God of the Holy Bible, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Granted one must believe in the existence of the Divine Being a.k.a. GOD and accept the Bible as the inspired word of said God, (which I do), and that is the “learned discipline” that I spoke of in my original statement.
I hope that this clarifies things for you.
I like this, it’s interesting. I think I’m mostly Yellow, with a blend of Green. But I could probably use a bit more Blue at times, not in a spiritual sense, just in a way that adds stability and grounding when everything feels too open-ended and I get stuck in the world of “what ifs”.

If someone is an LGBTQ+ ally, they would be red while protesting or supporting. But can be another color in their everyday life.
