We have been studying the origins of the “Power + Privilege = Racism” ideology of The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) in the 70’s.
This is the very root of the “systemic racism” ideology where the notion that all whites are racist and everyone who is non-white cannot be racist, comes from.
Sally Bidol’s papers are a rather lengthy set of verbose of inter-relating attempts (mostly successful) at using her own unsubstantiated words to alter definitions of words in a way that substantiate her works.
But the end conclusion is that if you are white you only have two options open to you:
1. To be a racist-racist who perpetuates racism by not acknowledging your racism or
2. An anti-racist-racist to will wear a mantle of perpetual shame and penitently advance any and all concessions to those you have subconsciously group-oppressed trans-temporally by proxy.
So my question is, which are you?
And also, how would you respond to your place of employment “requiring” you undergo “implicit bias” testing and re-training?

A follow-up from deeper within books by Judith Katz springboarding off of Bidol’s P+P=R works. This is from an actual table of how to identify if racist “White Values and Beliefs” are present. It is from one of those consulting firms that swoop in to “test employees” after some victim has made a charge of racism or “white privilege”.
You know you are an oppressive white racist embracing racist values if:
You value rugged individualism
-the individual as the primary unit
-the individual has primary responsibility
-value and reward independence and autonomy
-believe the individual can control their environment
You value competition
-see winning as valuable
-have no problem with the dichotomy of winners/losers
Are action orientated
-must master and control nature
-must always do something about a situation
-have a pragmatic/utilitarian view of life
Protestant Work Ethic
-working hard brings success
Progress and Future Orientation
-plan for the future
-delay gratification
-value continual improvement
Emphasis on Scientific Method
-objective, rational, linear, thinking
-cause and effect relationships
-quantitative emphasis
-dualistic thinking
This is just an except of things that constitute your white “racist racist” implicit bias that would have you insisting the teaching/expectation of these things on “blacks and 3rd world peoples” is good and correct.
So how about it? Are you a white racist racist? Or an anti-racist racist?
The problem is, that what seemed laughable in the 70’s . . . has somehow become today’s “stranger than fiction” reality.

The problem is that the outhouse has become too full of shit and nobody has dug another one. The turd-volcano has become so big it impedes egress.
