What is your cartharsis?

Why is it important? Do you think that others should try it? If so, why?

    I blocked Renaissance Faire Pirate and his Wench.

    Soooooooooooo much less negative energy here, at least for me.

      @Fletch It’s my policy not to block anyone, for the most part, as it’s not something I’d want done to me.

        @jear77 I get that, it’s a choice. I couldn’t care less if someone blocked me, as I wouldn’t know.

        There is no conversation in them. It’s rhetoric and long stories – and he keeps mentioning fucking Hillary Clinton over and over and over and over and over and over and over, ad naseum, so his words have no meaning to me. For 2 people who dislike her so much, they sure keep trying to push her on us. I figure it’s trying to distract everyone over their obvious love affair with #45. I’d rather not see the babbling and bullshit. And again, that’s my choice.

    • @Fletch I’m not being negative, not all the time. If you’re so offended by differing ideas or subjects perhaps you should grow some skin.

    feeling like crap about the age of the body i live in, the hip that wont let me walk as much, the back that fails, the pain that wakes me, the teeth well lets not… anyway i decided instead of letting these things lose me work hours, instead of letting this depress me, i would get proactive. ive started going to yoga as much as possible, using the gym, swimming. time to learn what it means to live in this body and what i can do to do what i want, even if that means learning a new pace…
    i think it is important because i have a lot to do and be capable of and if i can make these healthy choices a habit and way of life, ill be ok… i think everyone should do what is right for them! someone made me realize recently that we are all working and practicing life in our own ways, and if we can figure out what is the best pace for ourselves, it doesnt matter if we are slower or less able to turn ourselves into human pretzels as the very muscular guy on the mat beside me :D if we do best for ourselves, we can do better for others…
