For the most part, i refuse to learn that my body can’t handle spicy food. I *might* be able to get away with something slightly spicy, but in reality, because i don’t know when to stop, i always seem to end up with stomach problems, needing to take something to settle it.

That I cannot run. Cerebral Palsy stopped me from being able to run in 1984.
A month ago, a UPS truck came racing around the corner as I was crossing the street. He came to a screeching, load shifting stop. He missed hitting me by a few inches. I remember thinking that this is it, this is how I am going to die today. I had time to hear all his boxes fall forward as he skidded to a stop. My reaction was to try to run — but nothing. You would think that I would find it in me to jump out of the way, but nothing. As he stopped, inches from me, I reached out to pound on the front of his truck with my fists. Fear gripped me and I peed my pants. “You’re going to kill somebody racing around like that!!!”, I yelled. Then, I walked past his truck. He watched me walk the walk of an old woman. An old woman who cannot run.
that sugar should not be a nutrition staple.
Jear77, Try eating a big bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and wash it down with a tall glass of prune juice…that should fix your stomach issues…lol
@immortal_pirate uhm… that would do the opposite! Though some people subscribe to the theory
Like anything, spicy requires resistance to be built up…
I am pretty much expert there, as I enjoy spicy, and have put it to a science. It causes your body to believe it is on fire. But, it is an illusion.
I bled out last year, and was hospitalized for doing so. I could not stop vomiting and shitting blood. This was not caused by spicy food, or spicy ingredients…
I have a strong will, so do my children. I do not age. Of the ten billion people who have existed so far, I disagree with their fates, and believe I won’t age, so I do not. But, there is much I do not believe, which they believe. Because I believe in much which they do not have evidence for, and so can not believe.
My last life, was short. Twenty seven years. I was reincarnated shortly afterwards, but my former self sent me many messages. So, I try and avoid my enemy. Not so much Satan, I would say ‘Satan is a friend of mine’, as the Grateful Dead said. We have an understanding. And, I am probably his best friend.
So, what really, is a lesson I will not learn…..
Hard to say. Especially as I have to be a teacher all the time.
I always learn. I am always taught.
