Well, there’s a difference between the one he should, and the one he might!
I would consider wise, one which had the first caption, but had the second picture with the water perhaps up to his eyeballs!
(And for comedic effect, one might put a TV screen with a “Storm Warning” in the background! I would lol at that!)
